CANCELLATIONS OF RESERVATIONS

1. Cancellation of the reservation by the consumer: Bodegas Familiares Matarromera offers the CONSUMER the possibility of canceling the reservation made, as long as it is carried out under the terms and conditions indicated below.

• Cancellation of the reservation made at least 24 hours in advance: the amount paid for entry(s) will be 100% refunded, no cancellation fee will be applied, and all amounts paid will be refunded.

• Cancellation of the scheduled reservation made with less than 24 hours in advance, the amounts paid will not be refunded, and the day of enjoyment of the same may be modified, provided that availability allows it. To cancel a reservation, the consumer must send to the email address enoturismo@matarromera.es a cancellation request using the same email in which the consumer has been informed of the confirmation of their reservation. No cancellation will be accepted that is not carried out through the indicated procedure. In the event that the cancellation is made at the request of the consumer, the total price of the ticket/s will be refunded, by the same means used to make the payment of the ticket. The reserve.

2. Cancellation of reservations by Bodega Matarromera S.L.: It may happen that, on occasions and for reasons beyond our control, we are forced to cancel the scheduled guided tours offered by:

• Due to unfavorable weather forecast when it affects the development of the planned guided tour or poses a risk to consumers.

• Due to other circumstances due to force majeure. The occurrence of any of the two previous circumstances will be brought to the attention of the CONSUMER as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation by Bodega Matarromera S.L., the total price of said reservation will be refunded to the consumer, by the same means used to make payment for the reservation.

3. Modification of reservations: At least 72 hours in advance of the contracted date and time, the CONSUMER may modify the reservation made, without any cost or penalty for the CONSUMER. To modify a reservation, the consumer must send an email to enoturismo@matarromera.es or by calling 983 68 33 15 requesting a modification of the date of the visit. The consumer will receive an email confirming the requested date change, as long as there is availability.
